coliseum and also the commute on the san mateo is a nice drive, let's go back to the desk. as we speak crowds of occupied protesters are marching down broadway in new york city. look at this crowd, they are heading towards wall street. several people have already been arrested. you can see the flags and banners and occupied wants to form a human chain around the stock exchange. one of the founders wants people to know they are still there despite the fact that they have fizzled out. >> over the weekend protests were held in the advance of this one year occupy and at least 40 people were arrested for felony assault and resisting arrest. well several events are

planned in san francisco and around the bay area marking this one year of occupy. now at 1:00 people will start gathering in justin herman plaza and this will be followed by an occupied birthday party in march to the financial district and then at 5:00 this evening, they are expected to rally at 555 california street which is formally known as the bank of america building. menlo park will open in just a few hours and we will find out what volunteers did in order to make this opening happen. >> reporter: work crews made sure the damaged building was removed before the start of school this morning. now the modular structure housed a third grade classroom and those were completely destroyed. they estimated it to be

. inland temperatures will come down, pretty cool 50s and 60s. final flight of the space shuttle endeavor has been delayed because of bad weather. endeavor will lead the space kennedy center at sunrise riding on the back of a boeing 747. they are headed for the science center and they are scheduled to make low flyovers at research center in mountain view as well as prominent san francisco landmarks and you will probably see it. it is all happening thursday but the exact places and times, we don't know that just yet.

three astronauts are back on earth after their capsule landed safely. they touched down, there they are, a cloud of dust this morning. the crew spent 123 days in orbit above the space station. a man is in jail facing vehicular man slaughter charges after a boating accident. there is evidence, he was drinking when the boat he was driving crashed into another boat. it is north of sacramento, and police say two people in the boat he hit died in that crash. two other people are injured. san francisco could be taking a major step when it comes to clean energy. it is set to consider legislation to put $19.5 million to consider the clean fs f program.
